| Both houses make a really fabulous location for a
large house-party at Christmas or New Year. The letting
for each house is on a daily basis with a minimum of
3 nights and the price includes heating, logs for the
fire, a Xmas tree and decorations. |

| Prices from 20 December-7 January vary depending
on how many days are booked (min 3) 290 Euros per
day first 3 days, 175€ per
day next 4 days, 145€ per
day following days. |

| Terms and Conditions

| |
| The rents are shown per week and include general electricity,
bed linen, towels and local taxes. Heating is not included
and may be charged at cost. |

| The bookings are from Saturday 4pm until Saturday
10am. Please do not arrive before 4pm.
The houses need to be vacated by 10am on the last morning
and left in a clean and tidy condition. |

| Deposit |
| |
| When you make a firm booking, we will require a non-refundable
deposit of 20% and the balance
(plus a 400€ breakages
deposit) should be paid 8 weeks (56 days) before the
date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled, we will
try to re-let. If successful, we will refund all monies,
less any expenses incurred. If we are unable to re-let,
charges will be levied as detailed below. |

| What is included: |
| |
| The rental rates are shown per week and include general
electricity, bed linen, towels and tea-towels. For a
two week stay a change of all linen is included in the
price. Cots, high chairs and other baby equipment are
available free of charge. Heating is not included and
may be charged at cost. |

| Arrival: |
| |
| The bookings are from Saturday 4pm until Saturday
10am. Please do not arrive before 4pm. We live on site
and someone will be there to greet you. Please give
some idea of time of arrival and contact us if you are
very delayed. |

| Departures: |
| |
| The houses need to be vacated by 10am on the last
morning and left in a clean and tidy condition. If excessive
cleaning is required a deduction will be made from the
breakages deposit. |

| Damages Deposit: |
| |
| The 400€ breakages
deposit should be paid with the balance of payments.
It is held against the possibility of damage to any
of our property. The deposit will be returned within
2 weeks of your departure after the property has been
thoroughly checked and some attempt at rectifying any
problem has been made. |
